Are consultations covered by insurance?+
Currently, WellPros operates on a direct-pay model. We're working with major UAE insurance providers to expand coverage.
How quickly can I see a doctor?+
Most patients are matched with a doctor within 24–48 hours. Same-day consultations are available based on doctor availability.
Is my health data secure?+
Yes. All consultations are encrypted end-to-end, and our platform complies with UAE healthcare data protection regulations.
Do you serve patients outside the UAE?+
Currently, WellPros serves patients located in the UAE. We plan to expand to other GCC countries in the future.
