Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WellPros telehealth platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the United Arab Emirates to use our services. By using WellPros, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Medical Disclaimer
WellPros provides telehealth services for informational and consultation purposes only. Our platform does not replace emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please call 998 or visit the nearest emergency room. All medical advice provided through the platform is given by licensed physicians but should not substitute for in-person medical care when needed.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and Refunds
All fees are charged in AED and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Consultation fees, prescription charges, and medication costs are displayed before purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
WellPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
